Unlike syringing where water is pushed into the ear, Microsuction is a method where the probe extracts the wax from the blocked ear canal.&nbsp;&nbsp;The Audiologist will use an Otoscope to examine your ear and a probe to \u201csuction\u201d your ear. It is a noisy procedure, but it is not painful.
