Head Audiologist and Director at Harc Health has a wealth of experience in the Audiology industry, previously working for the NHS for a number of years as well as in the private market.
Clinic Manager and a Director at HARC Health, has had experience in business management and customer care roles in the past. Since opening in 2018, Luke has learned a lot about the world of audiology and is even taking further steps in getting qualified.
If you are ever in doubt about your hearing, HARC has you covered. I booked an appointment last week since I felt like my ears were blocked and within the 1st session Luke managed to remove all of the blockage from both ears using a suction machine. The fact he did this was just top. I've been to other places before in york and though they helped remove the wax from my ears, it took multiple appointments. The fact that he was able to work his magic so effortlessly was pristine. He delivered all this with great attitude and professionalism. Answering all my concerns and queries. I popped into Harc, concerned that my hearing deficit was due to ear wax. I was greeted by Luke, who kindly offered to check my ears there and then. Surprisingly, my ears were clear of wax, and so Luke booked me in for a free hearing test the following week. I visited for my hearing test today, and again I received a polite and friendly greeting from Luke. Sean, who carried out my hearing test also greeted me in a warm and friendly manner, and made me feel at ease. He explained the procedure and ensured I was comfortable. When the test procedure was completed he explained the results and discussed my options. Prior to my appointment I had fully expected to experience a ‘hard sell’, but I couldn’t have been more wrong, quite the contrary in fact; they explained the pros and cons, and why I might or might not choose to opt for hearing aids at this stage. We had a discussion about the technology available these days, which is truly amazing. I was incredibly impressed by their knowledge and professionalism, and I would trust their advice. It was a really pleasant experience, and I plan to trial a pair of hearing aids after my holiday. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Harc wholeheartedly. It is so refreshing these days to have such a positive experience, and if I’m going to fork out for hearing aids, I’ll be happy to give them my business. Had an appointment with Harc hearing Beverley today… I have to say I was a little anxious as I havnt had my ears syringed for many years ( my last experience with the nhs had left me doubtful that this would even work) any way my partner made me the appointment so I went . As I walked in I was met with a smile and friendly conversation that made me feel instantly relaxed and welcome. I was talked through the procedure and felt confident that everything would be ok . I couldn’t praise them enough I can hear better than I have in years!! The procedure was well explained as he went along and the conversation made me feel at ease. The aftercare was also very good I was offered a drink and had time to get my bearings before I left. I highly recommend Harc hearing I would encourage anyone to have the procedure even if you feel doubtful honestly I can hear better now than I have for many years . A down to earth comforting experience from a lovely farther and son.
