Head Audiologist and Director at Harc Health has a wealth of experience in the Audiology industry, previously working for the NHS for a number of years as well as in the private market.
Clinic Manager and a Director at HARC Health, has had experience in business management and customer care roles in the past. Since opening in 2018, Luke has learned a lot about the world of audiology and is even taking further steps in getting qualified.
I popped into the shop to arrange an appointment for suspected earwax build-up. The team couldn’t have been any better, they had a quick check and confirmed earwax, subsequently booked me in a few days later for microsuctioning. Lovely people and brilliant service.

This is a wonderful, caring, family business. From the moment we entered and were greeted with a cup of tea, I felt that we were in safe hands. Sean was happy to carry out wax removal there and then, and gave us lots of advice about Mum's hearing loss. It was an enjoyable visit and I would highly recommend them to anyone struggling with hearing loss.

If you are ever in doubt about your hearing, HARC has you covered. I booked an appointment last week since I felt like my ears were blocked and within the 1st session Luke managed to remove all of the blockage from both ears using a suction machine. The fact he did this was just top. I've been to other places before in york and though they helped remove the wax from my ears, it took multiple appointments. The fact that he was able to work his magic so effortlessly was pristine. He delivered all this with great attitude and professionalism. Answering all my concerns and queries.
